Alright, I did it, I put ice cream in a cocktail! ... I usually consider this rather pandering, but the chocolate liqueur from Maraska was calling to me the other day, and I decided to give in. I thought about using vanilla vodka for this, but spiced rum sounded like a better idea. A splash of hazelnut liqueur goes nicely with the walnut notes from the Maraska. So, it might be pandering, but it's still complex and (obviously) delicious!

Add ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Drizzle chocolate syrup in a glass. Pour in milkshake. Garnish with a square of chocolate.
