Rum old fashioned, orange heavy pairing with Diplomatico’s notes of orange peel and licorice. It may be criminal to use a great sipping rum like this in a cocktail, but the rum still takes center stage with the orange helping its flavor notes blossom. 🥂 This is not the traditional Old Cuban or even a riff on it.
