Prepare to be blessed by citrus, friends. Cara Cara oranges are among my favorite citrus fruits and this particular combo is divine. This drink is like a botanical creamsicle but it is not cloyingly sweet or specifically vanilla-flavored. The @thebittertruthcompany hazy hops bitters (which I measured with my heart because it's delicious) adds a perfect slightly bitter zest to this drink which is then smoothed out with egg white. Cheers!

This looks absolutely stunning! The combination of Cara Cara orange with the herbal notes of Bénédictine sounds incredible. We love the use of hops bitters here – what a creative touch to add that zesty, bitter counterpoint!
