Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I’d say an aqua drink counts as green. Or so it will be today. A homemade meal of corned beef awaits. Corned beef and cocktails are on my mind. This “punch” uses all the spirits and is not as strong as it sounds, given the pineapple juice balance. Safe celebrating, fine folks.
