July 4th is likely my favorite holiday of the year. BBQ. Sunshine. Music. It’s perfect and demands a fun and festive cocktail. Boba Pops was kind enough to send me various flavors of their cocktail pearls. I created ice cubes incorporating the strawberry, lychee, and blueberry flavors to create that red, white, and blue effect. Use Boba Pops to make the colored and infused ice cubes. Shake the vodka and white cranberry juice with ice, then strain into a glass over the prepared Boba Pop ice cubes. Top with club soda.
