This is a Whiskey Sour with a comfort food twist and it is so yummy. The simple syrup is replaced by the jelly. The lemon and peanut butter flavor go together surprisingly well.

Add jelly to the bottom of a rocks glass. In a shaker, add whiskey, lemon juice, and egg whites. Dry shake (no ice), then add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into the rocks glass over a large ice cube. Serve with a straw and use the straw as a stir stick to combine the jelly.

A nostalgic lunchbox in a glass. Peanut butter whiskey and sharp lemon create a sour base, with a spoonful of jelly at the bottom waiting to be stirred in for a burst of sweetness.
