Seems the warm weather is taking its sweet time arriving. It’s almost Memorial Day Weekend - it’s not too much to want 75 degrees on the regular, is it? Made this summery cocktail to enjoy in the meantime, peachy and coconutty, and then there’s the rum. There’s always the rum. Cheers to all for a happy weekend.
