Labor Day Monday is the saddest holiday as it spells the end of summer, the shorter days, the cooler temps, and so on. But it also means football season, lazy Sundays, and the time to take stock. Anyway, it will be a lazy day for me as I continue my Sopranos rewatch, reading (um, I’ve read 12 books since March, a personal record), cooking and of course, enjoying a cocktail). Ingredients
- 2 ozDented Brick Craft Tequila Blanco
- .5 ozPeach Juice
- .5 ozWhite Peach Liqueur
- 1 ozLime Juice

Fresh Peach and peach pearl drops
Shake & Strain
Shake and pour over ice, adding all things peach (I chose peach slices and Boba Pops peach pearls to garnish).

Peach juice and white peach liqueur replace grapefruit, giving the Paloma a stone‑fruit twist that brightens the tequila base.
