If you're not familiar with the Negroni Bianco, let me introduce you to this classic. in place of Campari or the usual red amari, a clear bitter liqueur, in this case Luxardo Bitter Bianco is used along with the French aperitif Lillet Blanc, and of course, my favorite Italian gin, Occitan. This aperitivo cocktail is meant to wake up the palate and is the perfect start to any evening destined for a great time. Saluti!

About 24% ABV (estimate)
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir until nicely chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass, garnish with edible flower.
Editor's Note
A White Negroni that leans into bright botanicals. The gin-forward spec allows its character to shine against the crisp Lillet Blanc and the complex, floral bitterness of the Luxardo.

Interesting! I love a White Negroni and usually use Suze. I definately want to try this variation.
