Quebranta Express - Barsol Pisco Recipe This is an adaptation of the classic Espresso Martini created on the 80’s by the iconic English bartender Dick Bradsell. This adaptation replaces the vodka for Puro Quebranta Pisco and the addition of cacao bitters helps accent certain characteristics inherently to this type of Pisco.
