When I was sharing my gin Cosmo with my cousin. Who's more bar-centric? He suggested that a gin greyhound might be to my taste.

Take a highball glass from the freezer, and fill it half way up with ice. Put the dash of bitters over the ice followed by the gin. Then pour the unsweetened ruby red grapefruit juice over the top. Then serve.
