This is one of my all-time favorite drinks for an amaro. It allows the liqueur to take center stage but tames it enough so it's approachable to a delicate palate. The bottle I got from Borsci works wonderfully in this drink!

Ingredients

2.0 oz
Borsci S.Marzano

1.0 oz
Bourbon

0.5 oz
Demerara Syrup

2 dash(es)
Old Fashioned Bitters

Instructions

Garnish

Cocktail cherries
