This Denizen Rum refresher with small bursts of Caribbean flavors provided by the Rum 8yr caviar really takes this one over the top!

Add all ingredients (except caviar) to a shaker with crushed ice. Shake hard, then strain into a chilled coupe filled with fresh crushed ice. Top with rum caviar.
