Loosely based off of my wife’s favorite cocktail, the Saturn. Slightly elevating this cocktail with fresh fruit and herbs. Swapping out dry gin for a sweeter more floral Old Tom Gin accompanied by the spice and citrus heavy Golden Falernum.

Muddle fresh pineapple and mint. Combine all ingredients plus ice, shake, and dirty dump! garnish with a bouquet of mint and pineapple chunks.
