St. Patrick's Demise: Revenge of the Snakes

A few days ago, I had the wild idea to make a Negroni riff with Branca Menta, Mint-flavored Gin, and Créme de Menthe. Originally I was going to use green Créme de Menthe, but I only had the white version, which is probably for the best since the green color would probably have muddied the drink. I was super thrilled with how this turned out; it is minty and herbaceous, but doesn't have a burn of mouthwash. It is very smooth and easy-drinking, perfect for celebrating the day. Sláinte!

Editor's Note
A triple-mint riff that leans heavily into menthol. Best served as a chilled digestif.
