The first strawberries of the season arrived at my local farm stand – which means summer is almost here! This cocktail is a blend of hot summer days, punctuated with sweet berries and ripe, juicy peaches. It’s a cocktail built for backyard get-togethers that turn into all-night bonfires. Fresh and fiery, bold and bright – grab your sunglasses because it’s time for some Summer Fun!

Waking Up in Paradise

In a shaker tin, combine strawberries and honey. Muddle briefly to combine. Add Fiero Habanero, Peach Nectar, Lemon Juice, and Orange Bitters. Add ice and shake to chill and combine. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled Coupe. Garnish with a fresh Basil leaf.
