The Delicious Sour

Hello friends! Tonight, I have the Delicious Sour, which is an applejack and peach sour made with lime juice, which is a nice change of pace from the standard lemon juice sours. The lime works very well here, and the apple and peach flavors are very well-balanced. This proved to be quite the Delicious Sour and should easily make your cocktail rotation if you can find true applejack! Cheers!

- 2 ozPeach Tea Whiskey
- 1 oz
- 1 ea
- 1 tsp
- 1 float

Shake all but the soda in an iced cocktail shaker, and strain into a rocks glass. Add a splash of soda water.
