The emerald is essentially an Irish Manhattan and while our 3 Shores Whiskeys are not Irish In origin they do carry a similar flavor profile. We’ve chosen the black label edition specifically for the extra Cabernet barrel aging process it endures, which pairs very well with sweet vermouths like Antica Formula.
