This is a cocktail created by Zac Overman while he was at Rob Roy in Seattle that I’ve wanted to try. It’s worth using some of my precious Yellow Chartreuse!

Ingredients

1.5 oz
Peated Scotch

1 oz
Fresh Lemon Juice

0.75 oz
Banana Liqueur

0.5 oz
Cinnamon Syrup

0.25 oz
Yellow Chartreuse

1 bar spoon
The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram

Instructions

Garnish

Paper umbrella and cinnamon stick

Spicy Maple Margarita

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with plenty of ice. Shake well, then strain into a glass over crushed or cracked ice. Top with more ice and garnish. I went with a paper umbrella and a cinnamon stick. Cheers!
