After how happy I was with the Snapdragon cocktail, I made; I wanted to explore more with what’s quickly becoming a favorite combination of mine: Absinthe and Caged Heat syrup from my friends at Absinthia. The Billionaire cocktail has always been an intriguing classic to me, but it never seemed quite right. Then, I saw @thirstywhale do his thing with a Billionaire and the proportions made more sense- tasted better, too! Well, you know where I’m going with this… I had to take it and Flip it. ...

Editor's Note
A spicy, absinthe-forward riff on the Billionaire. Barrel-aged absinthe and Caged Heat syrup add depth and a subtle, lingering warmth to this summer sour.
