I’ve always loved the combination of cucumbers and Greek yogurt. Working at a Mediterranean restaurant I knew I wanted to incorporate something on the menu using these ingredients with a nice botanical gin and Greek ouzo. This is one of the drinks that can scare guests, but they always end up getting a second.

Editor's Note
Cucumber and dill meet Greek yogurt and ouzo in this savory, Mediterranean-inspired sour. A bold, botanical-forward sipper that defies expectations.
