View More1. Run a half lime around your hurricane glass and roll in Tajín to rim. Set aside. 2. Add the tequila, tomato juice, orange juice, lime juice, grenadine, salt, and pepper to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine for at least 30 seconds. 3. Fill your Tajin rimmed hurricane glass with ice. Pour Squirt soda in about 1/3 of the way up. Slowly pour the tequila mixture in over the Squirt; you should have 2 layers. 4. Add a lime wedge to the side of your glass and straw.
Editor's Note
A Jalisco-born classic, this savory-spicy cooler balances tomato depth with the bright, effervescent snap of citrus soda. The Tajín rim provides a zesty, lingering heat.
