I love bittersweet cocktails and this one delivers. Sweetness is light. You can always make it to your taste. The hops bitters from @thebittertruthcompany are fantastic! I am not usually a hops fan (looking at you, IPAs 🤨), but this is tip top. Delicious in this cocktail. Just the right amount of bitter, floral, and green!
