White Negroni

The original White Negroni, invented in 2001, keeps the gin, but swaps the Campari and sweet red vermouth for a wine-based aperitif, called Lillet Blanc, and a bittersweet gentian liqueur, called Suze. I went for a light and floral variation of the White Negroni by using Dolin Blanc Vermouth and Cocchi Americano. Nice and refreshing for summer.

Editor's Note
This riff swaps the traditional Suze and Lillet for Cocchi Americano and Dolin Blanc, softening the White Negroni's bitter edge. The result is more floral and approachable, with a bright quinine finish.
