Today is Valentine’s Day, and it’s not too late to stir up this spirit-forward sipper for the one you love! Complex, with a warm backbone from the bourbon and subtle smoke from the mezcal (I really love a bourbon-mezcal split base), this drink is immediately warming. The Cherry Heering adds some deep fruit notes and balances the smoke with its natural sweetness.
