Luscious pear and bright lemon blend seamlessly with the oaky depth of non-alcoholic whiskey. A frothy egg white topper adds a silky, sophisticated finish to this refreshing sour.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp
    Pear Jam Or 1oz Pear Juice
  • 1 oz
    Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz
    Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz
    NA whiskey
  • 1
    Egg White

Instructions

  • Garnish

    • Thinly sliced pear & a Luxardo cherry
