Our popular single malt is 50:50 unpeated to peated whisky matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and combines our signature coastal characteristics with peat fruit and marshmallows. Nose: Orchard fruit wet pebbles on a beach oyster shells and eucalyptus Palate: Tobacco leaves peppercorns brine hay bales and marzipan Finish: Coastal sea spray and bonfire on the beach lingering. This whisky is bottled at 46.8% ABV. Un-chill filtered and natural colour.
