Blanc Vermouth

Sweet white vermouth (French blanc / Italian bianco), 15-18% ABV and around 150 g/L sugar. Vanilla, elderflower, citrus blossom, and soft bittering herbs; the base of the White Negroni and a chilled aperitivo on its own.
