I like margaritas in the summer. I also REALLY like cucumber as a balancing component. Especially when using a fruit like strawberry. It brightens the drink up and really enhances the refreshing feeling of drinking this one.

Halve three strawberries and prepare 4 cucumber slices. Add strawberries and cucumber to the shaker tin and muddle. Add ice & remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously. Double strain into rocks glass with one big cube. Cut an X into the bottom of a strawberry and cut 2 thin slices of cucumber, nestle into strawberry.
