Place mint in shaker and give it a muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients into shaking tin and add cubed ice. Shake for 12-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a single mint leaf.

oh, this is definately going to be something we make, Sounds delicious. Do you think I could muddle peach as well instead of using the liquor and add a bit of simple as well for balance?
