From our Cocktail Test Kitchen Event (@buzzmixology) this beautifully colored cocktail is light, smooth and easy to drink. Adding a little bit of acid (citrus) turns the blue hue of the butterfly pea blossom in the gin to a gorgeous lavender color. Not just great to look at but fantastic to drink too and easy to make. Enjoy!
