Clover Club Reboot

Submitted on: May 7, 2023
Can’t go wrong with a classic Clover Club cocktail. Made famous by world-renowned mixologist, Julie Reiner, the Clover Club is a pre-Prohibition drink named after a Philadelphia men’s group of the same name. The classic version used gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg whites. In this “rebooted” version, dry vermouth and blackberries were added to deepen the flavor. Less tart, more sweet…absolutely decadent! Hope you enjoy! 🍸

Editor's Note
Dry vermouth and a dual-berry syrup add herbal depth and dark fruit notes to the classic Clover Club. The result is a richer, sweeter take on the pre-Prohibition sour.
