I've had good success lately making some stirred Tiki drinks but they've mostly been fruit forward so I wanted to create a darker and richer Tiki tipple using the banana infused vermouth from my Piña Negroni This Manhattan-inspired cocktail is not short on flavour. Starting off strong with baking spice and coconut notes, it slowly mellows out with the taste of apples and bananas

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
A Manhattan goes Tiki. A split base of Calvados and funky Jamaican rum provides the backbone, while a custom banana-infused vermouth adds tropical depth. Allspice and coconut round out this complex sipper.
