This is the second cocktail using my rose infused gin. Inspiration for the name came from England. Rose is the national flower of England, which has been steeped in some English Gin. The cinnamon represents the spices that they took from their colonies.

Editor's Note
Rose-infused gin meets cinnamon-spiced cream sherry in this aromatic, spirit-forward martini. A sophisticated, dry sipper with a silky, layered finish.

This sounds like a beautifully balanced and thoughtful cocktail! Do you happen to have the ratios you use for your rose-infused gin and cinnamon-infused sherry so others can try making this at home?
