Refreshing

Spirit Forward

A delicious equal parts cocktail using one of my favorite Piscos. I used the Pear Liqueur and Amaro Nonino to help accentuate the soft pear, peach and baking spice notes of the Pisco to create a complex, but still light and refreshing cocktail.
