Chamomile Pisco Sour

A classic cocktail with a subtle twist. I managed to grow a small patch (2 plants 😂) of chamomile this spring and while it is getting far too warm for it now, I decided to use what few flowers I have to make a spring appropriate drink. Cheers y’all!!!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Chamomile-infused honey adds a floral, silky depth to the classic Pisco Sour. A bright, spring-forward riff that highlights the grape-forward character of the spirit.

This sounds so lovely. Chamomile and honey are such a great pair.
