Irish Mule

An easy and perfect drink for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, but also great for any time of year, an Irish Mule is like a Moscow Mule but with Irish whiskey instead of vodka. I chose @writerstearswhiskey Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, and it was just perfect. I love a mule, and it’s so much better with whiskey, if you ask me.
Ingredients
- 2 ozWriters Tears Single Pot Still Whiskey
- 1 eaJuice Of 1 Lime
- 4 ozGinger Beer, To Top

Using a copper mug (or any glass), add ice. Pour in whiskey and add the juice of one lime. Top to taste with ginger beer. Give it a light stir to mix everything. Garnish with a lime wheel.
