Very rare that I make a tequila cocktail that is NOT a margarita. Felt like a sparkly and spritzy glass. My goal for this cocktail was to lean in on the bright and citrusy orange and lime notes, letting them blend in harmonious delight with the slightly tart plum. The color was purely accidental and something to behold.
