Add ingredients to a chilled beer glass with ice and stir. Gently muddle mint leaves and fold into the oat milk foam. Top the drink with the foam. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime peels. *Matcha Syrup: Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 2 tbsp of matcha powder. Dissolve in 1/2 cup water until all clumps removed.
