This next drink from @fierotequila is an absolute banger, if I may say so myself, haha! Flavor composition: fruit+chili+cream This drink is all about the foam. It’s the crowning glory (literally) and adds so much texture and flavor to the drink, I was quite pleasantly surprised! Orange and chili make an amazing pair. The citrus element lightens the spice in the drink. Banana liqueur compliments the tropical-ness of the drink while adding much-needed sweetness. Give this one a shot! ..............

It all started when a dear friend gifted me the Drunken Botanist and that was all the push I needed to dive head first into the world of mixology! Being a firm believer in a rock-solid foundation, I completed the BarSmarts program to gain the basic knowledge required to start exploring this world. Prepare the orange foam using an iSi whipper. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice, and shake till chilled (around 15-20 seconds.) Fine strain into a cocktail glass. Top with foam. Garnish with flowers and mint. Enjoy!
Editor's Note
Banana liqueur and habanero-infused tequila create a tropical-spicy tension. The orange foam adds a silky, aromatic finish that ties the disparate flavors together.
