I can never finish the big bottles of fortified wine fast enough so I like to do a nice light and refreshing cocktail with them so I can use it all up This one is named after the Port in Bordeaux, France. Named after the crescent-shaped bend in the port river, it was used to bring in slaves and other goods from French colonies.

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
A Lillet Blanc highball with a tropical heart. Grassy agricole rum and tiki spices cut through the wine aperitif's floral notes, all brightened by a duo of lemon and grapefruit.
