Lion’s Tail

This is a swizzle cocktail, so if you have pebble ice use that. I did not, so I crushed some ice. In your glass, add ice and all ingredients except for the aromatic bitters. If you have a swizzle stick, great; if not, a bar spoon will do. Swizzle the cocktail until your glass is frosty, or rapidly spin your bar spoon between your two hands in the glass. Top with fresh ice and layer aromatic bitters on top. Enjoy!
