Fill a shaker with ice. Add the Fiero Tequila, lemon juice, simple syrup, and lavender bitters to the shaker. Shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with 3 oz soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist.
