Continuing with my theme of riffing on classics without actually trying them first, here's a rich, fruity riff on the Enzoni You can never go wrong with a Raspberry and Campari combo. I had originally used Cognac for a base but I found it was too subtle. A nice spicy Rye did the trick though, providing a good backbone for rich raspberries and vanilla syrup and bitter Campari

Editor's Note
Cask strength rye provides a spicy backbone to this Enzoni riff. Raspberry and Campari create a bitter-fruit tension, while a touch of vanilla rounds the edges.

Gorgeous - and it sounds like the rye does a lot to balance out such a bright cocktail. Sounds delicious!
