Here in SoCal, we are blessed with a plethora of amazing distilleries. One of our favorites is Shadow Ridge. Recently we made a post using their Single Malt Whiskey. (American Single Malts are criminally underrated) Today we are using their Rice Whiskey. Yup....Whiskey distilled from rice! The rice gives this Whiskey a lovely aftertaste.
