Mardi Gras just happened and I felt like I had to make a classic New Orleans cocktail. Then I made some jambalaya and listened to some jazz. Felt like I was right there in New Orleans.
Ingredients
- 2 dash(es)Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 2 dash(es)Peychaud's Bitters
- .25 ozBenedictine
- .75 ozSweet Vermouth
- .75 ozCognac
- .75 ozRye Whiskey
