We really out here naming drinks for 14 year old WoW expansion packs. I was recently sent some delicious lychee syrup from Monin, and then a few weeks later, the Humble Litchi liqueur from Distillerie du Quai hit shelves here. Lychee is one of my favourite flavours, so I was excited to put my new elixirs to work!

Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin and blend for 5 seconds. Open pour into a tall glass or tiki mug. Add more ice if necessary. Garnish with a mint sprig and swizzle stick.
