My house specs for the Kahiki Supper Club version of the Port Light. The original is too tart and a bit small—I’ve fixed that. Recommended Brands: •Bulleit 10 Y.O. Bourbon •J.P. Wiser’s Triple Barrel 10 Y.O. Rye •Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers Ginger Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin with a cup of crushed ice. Flash blend, then open pour into a Port Light glass or footed pilsner. Add more ice to fill.
