Another terrific holiday twist on an essential exotic elixir. Even though falernum is full of Christmassy flavours, I left some of the spicing to different sources in the rum and honey. Holiday honey syrup recipe: Combine 2/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup water and a rosemary sprig in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir regularly. Remove from heat just before boiling point.
