1. Pour the absinthe into a snifter. 2. Place a slotted spoon over the glass and set the sugar cube on top of the spoon. 3. Briefly dip or drizzle a bit of absinthe on the sugar cube. 4. Using a match, light the sugar cube. Once the flame burns out, slowly drip ice water over the sugar cube so it also drips into your glass.
